Sean D. Fullerton CFA

Sean provides strategic insights to investment management industry participants. As a Senior Research Analyst with State Street’s Center for Applied Research, he conducted in-depth research and presented at industry conferences and to c-level clients. Sean is a co-author of the award-winning study, The Folklore of Finance, and of the Center for Applied Research/Money Management Institute study, The Performance Paradox.
Prior to joining State Street in 2014, Sean spent four years as an investment analyst with Commonwealth Financial, the largest privately held independent broker/dealer in the United States. In that role, he engaged in asset allocation and fund selection for their $2.6 bn fund wrap program. Additionally, he served as Commonwealth’s lead international, global, and emerging markets analyst, with discretion over recommended strategies. Sean graduated from Brandeis University with a double major in economics and politics. He is a CFA® charter holder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Tony Barchetto serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Bats Global Markets. Previously, Mr. Barchetto was Head of Corporate Strategy at Direct Edge, where he oversaw strategic growth initiatives and business development for the firm. He also played an integral role in helping facilitate the merger of Direct Edge and Bats, creating one of the world's largest exchange operators in January 2014.

Matthew Bergerman joined the DTCC Data Solutions team in July of 2015 as a Director charged with the development of solutions in the Equity, Fixed Income, and Reference Data space. He has worked in the Financial Information industry for over 20 years. He has worked on the vendor side previously in the production of data and the development of data applications at Thomson Financial and Pershing. Prior to joining DTCC Matthew has experience on the consumer side of financial information industry leading market data and reference data efforts at Alliance Bernstein, Fortress Investment Group, and Deutsche Bank.
Matthew has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology with a concentration on Accounting & Information Systems.”

Brennan leads the Refinitiv Platform Consulting team, responsible for consultative engagement with strategic customers. Brennan has held a range of roles at Refinitiv (formerly the Financial & Risk business of Thomson Reuters) since 2011, including leading the global Enterprise business (a $1.3B business that provides content and related services including real-time, historical, reference data, enterprise analytic services, data management platforms, and managed services), and large programs such as the companies MiFID and FRTB programs. Brennan joined Refinitiv from Proton Advisors, where he advised private equity funds, venture investors, and their portfolio companies. Brennan was part of the founding team and SVP of Product & Marketing at Spread Networks, a provider of low latency connectivity to the financial markets, and before that COO of NYFIX (later NYSE Technologies). He founded Radianz (later BT Radianz). Prior to that was SVP of Technology for Instinet, and began his career at IBM. He has been a director on the boards of companies including Marketcetera, Yipes, and Monitor110, and is an adjunct Professor of Strategy at New York University. Brennan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University and has done graduate studies at Columbia University, Harvard Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been listed in The Trade magazine’s ranking of the “100 Most Influential People in Buy-Side Trading” and featured in the books “Architects of Electronic Trading” and in Michael Lewis’ “Flash Boys.”

Tom Davin is Managing Director, Financial Information Services Association (FISD) of the SIIA. FISD is the global, neutral forum for the financial information industry with a diverse membership that includes major market data vendors, exchanges, technology providers, and the financial institutions that utilize financial data products. Tom works closely with FISD members to identify major issues and seek opportunities to bring the financial information industry together to discuss and resolve those issues. FISD conducts regular membership events in North America, Europe, Asia, Brazil, and Australia and hosts the biennial World Financial Information Conference – the premiere global industry conference for financial information professionals.

An early innovator in the crowdfunding space, Jordan assisted on the framework and
implementation of the JOBS Act rules and regulations as well as the intra-state crowdfunding
rules in a number of different states. Jordan is also the elected Treasurer of the Crowdfunding
Professional Association (CfPA), and continues to advocate and educate on behalf of the
crowdfunding industry.

Yousaf is currently Head of Business Development at BT Financial Technology Services; responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with key trading venues (including Exchanges, MTFs, ECNs, PTSs and dark pools) across asset classes globally. As a result Yousaf has developed strong relationships with a number of CxOs globally and has developed an excellent understanding of their services (trading and market data). Additionally, Yousaf has established strong relationships with both the buy-side and sell-side community. Yousaf has spoken at a number of conferences on subjects ranging from low latency, emerging markets and the search for liquidity, liquidity fragmentation and blockchains applications and trends in capital markets and has written articles and been quoted in various trade publications. He supports the BT Radianz sales team on major opportunities globally and has designed and implemented a number of programs to educate the sales teams on trends and requirements in the financial services community; including topics such as dark pools, FX, FI, emerging markets trends in the market space and different trading strategies. Other experience includes marketing, product marketing and business development in telecom and IT related companies with a finance sector focus.

Adam Honoré is an Executive Director at CME Group. Previously, he was CEO at Markets Tech LLC. Prior to MarketsTech, Mr. Honoré was a managing director at NASDAQ responsible for global business development and ISV relationships for FinQloud.

Prior to NASDAQ, Mr. Honoré was the Research Director of the capital markets practice at Aite Group where he specialized in financial services technology, focusing on strategic technology initiatives associated with high performance trading, market data, machine-readable content, smart order routing, technology services, complex event processing (CEP), straight-through processing (STP), and risk management issues.

Mr. Honoré has been quoted in media publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times, Associated Press, Investor’s Business Daily, SmartMoney, the Washington Post, and Business Week, as well as industry publications such as Wall Street & Technology. He has presented at leading industry events globally.

Mr. Honoré has conducted consulting engagements for global exchanges, Fortune 500 technology and financial companies, as well as routine work in trading technology advising on partnerships, M&A, competitive positioning, product roadmaps, market entrance, marketing, and thought leadership.

Prior to joining Aite Group, Mr. Honoré was the Product Director responsible for front office solutions at Comprehensive Software Systems, Inc., including CRM, portfolio & account management, content management, and business intelligence platforms.

Prior to CSS, Mr. Honoré was responsible for development at Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets, designing and creating applications for investment banking & research, including one of the early capital markets online personalized research delivery websites.

Before Tucker Anthony, Mr. Honoré was a software engineer at Strong Capital Management. While there, Mr. Honoré helped create an online brokerage platform, tools for their award winning mutual fund site, and intranet applications supporting Strong's enterprise, including the call center.

Mr. Honoré received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a double major in Public Relations and History. He is a four-year veteran of the U.S. Army, including tours in Korea and Desert Storm. Mr. Honoré has received a citation from the Wisconsin State Legislature for charitable development work, and was Master of Ceremonies for the 1990 Missouri Special Olympics.

Prior to Lazard, Peter was with Citigroup's global information security team. His most recent role at Citi was the Head of Information Risk Governance, where he led the team that is responsible for developing and maintaining Information Security Policy globally. Prior to his 5 year tenure with Citi, Peter had 19 years of experience in information security and technology. This included 6 years as a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Threat and Vulnerability Management advisory practice. He also spent over a decade managing his own consultancy that specialized in designing, building, and operating secure high availability data centers and networks around the world for military, intelligence, and commercial clients.

Ellen joined NYSE in 2001 and held various roles in project management and vendor management within the Market Data division. Prior to joining NYSE, Ellen was a Relationship Manager within the Global Custody Division at JPMorganChase, and a Client Coverage Officer at the Morgan Stanley Trust Company. She holds a BA in Communications from New York University.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in financial services. For the majority of her career she has worked for Tier 1 investment banks in senior leadership roles in finance, legal, compliance and credit trading. Prior to joining Hatstand, Lisa created a start-up consultancy firm specializing in eTrading strategies, including compliance and regulatory guidance. Lisa acted as CCO for Bondcube Inc. from 2013 – 2015, leading the creation and dissolution of the broker dealer registration with FINRA and the SEC. Lisa joined Hatstand in January 2015, and brings considerable experience in operational risk, compliance and regulatory matters. Lisa holds series 24, 7 and 63 registrations and chairs the FIX Cybersecurity Regulatory Subgroup.
