Program Director, FISD/Atradia David Anderson is a well know market data consultant. He has worked in the market data industry since 1984 - including roles with Telerate, Bishopsgate Systems and from 1989 13 years with Reuters culminating in various global marketing roles; in respect of market data systems (e.g. Triarch and RMDS). Since January 2002 David has been operating Atradia (www.atradia.com), a management consultancy practice focused on the market data industry. He has been quoted commenting on the market data industry in major publications. David edited the respected annual ‘IMD Reference’ book between 2003 and 2009. He instigated the SIIA/FISD initiative to create a professional certification program for market data practitioners. David also acts as a Program Director for a variety of other FISD activities including EMEA focussed events; the Exchange Constituent Group (ECG); the FISD Technology Forum; the FISD Buy Side Group; and the FISD Cloud Working Group. David and Atradia operate from the glorious countryside of West Sussex UK. |

Bay, co-founder and chief executive officer of Seeds Finance and Multiratings, joined Morningstar when it acquired Seeds in July 2010. Seeds is a leading provider of investment consulting services and fund research. He focuses on Regulatory Solutions and is a member of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Global Risk Services group. His role includes product development and acquisition strategies, pre-sales, thought leadership activities and Sales team training. Hans is a specialist in Risk Management and Regulatory Solutions, with 16 years’ professional experience across Investment Banks and Portfolio & Risk Management solution vendors. He previously co-headed Imagine Software’s EMEA Sales team for seven years, managing the Product Specialists team with a focus on pre-sales, account development and solutions customization across Sell-side and Buy-side institutions. He founded and chaired the Imagine Risk Group, a global, cross-discipline group of specialists focused on enhancing Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management functionality and Pricing Models. Hans first joined the Financial Services industry as an Equity Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He then spent over ten years working with multi asset class Risk analytics and Risk Management solutions at MSCI, Misys, SunGard and Imagine Software in roles spanning implementation, consultancy, business analysis, project management, pre-sales, product management and account development. Hans received a First Class BSc in Physics from Imperial College, an MSc in Astrophysics from Queen Mary & Westfield College, and a Diplôme d’Études Approfondies in Astronomy and Space Techniques from the University of Paris. He carried out doctoral research in Astrophysics at Imperial College and at the Paris Institute of Astrophysics, working on projects funded by the European Space Agency. |

Business Development Director, Regulatory Products , ICE Data Services Hubert Deroubaix is Business Manager, EMEA Pricing and Reference Data. He is responsible for developing and commercialising Interactive Data’s regulatory content offerings in EMEA. Prior to this Hubert’s roles have included managing both content management and strategic partnerships within Data Collection. Hubert joined the company in 2000 from the former Thomson Financial. Prior to that, he undertook a number of management roles within Deutsche Bank’s global custody operations in London. Hubert’s work with both providers and users of financial information has given him a wide understanding of the financial markets and their participants. Hubert has a degree in modern languages from Lille University. |

Vice President, Efeso Consulting (et Club Ampere) Pierre is Vice President of Efeso Consulting, a management consulting firm with a leading reputation for connecting strategy with action. He is co-head of the Insurance, Asset Management and Banking practice. He is leading the Club AMPERE, a working group gathering the top 20 Asset Managers in Paris on performance, risk and reporting issues. The Club Ampere is the originator of the “tripartite template” a European standard for asset management reporting under Solvency 2 regulation. For 15 years, Pierre has conducted various assignments in the asset management and banking industry ranging from business and product design to portfolio management, risk monitoring and reporting systems implementation. Before, for 7 years, Pierre was arbitragist on interest rate markets for the Credit Industriel d’Alsace Lorraine. He started as a project manager for Bnp Paribas. Regional Head Business Development, Screen Consultants Sebastian is Regional Head of Business Development for UK & France at Screen Group, a consulting and solutions firm focused on the market & reference data sector. He started his career in foreign exchange trading before moving into the financial technology space with focus on trading and data solutions. His experience spanning bank, exchange and solution vendor has given him a good understanding of the data challenges involved for different financial market participants. Past roles include positions at Telerate, Asset Control and NYSE Technologies. His current role at Screen involves helping clients in the UK and France with consultancy and solutions, including the INFOmatch inventory system, to optimise their market data environments. He studied at the French Lycée in London and then at the European Business School in London, Paris and Madrid. |
