Adolpho holds a BA from The University of Mackenzie and an MBA from The FIA University.

Cesar Bianconi is currently the editor-in-chief of Reuters News' local servie in Portuguese language. He took the helm of the unit in January 2013, after working in the same company as a reporter and editor for about ten years. During that period, he covered and oversaw coverage of Brazilian publicly listed and private companies, from steelmakers to pulpmakers to retailing and telecommunications firms. Bianconi has a degree in journalism from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo and a masters degree in corporate finance from business school Ibmec Sao Paulo, currently Instituto Insper.

She is currently working on such a project with London-based ClauseMatch. Prior to this, Anastasia was Director of Global Regulatory Solutions at FactSet, where under her leadership the company released a number of successful solutions for Solvency II, BCBS 239, PRIIPs and KYC/AML. Anastasia is a frequent speaker at industry events with the focus on challenges around data management and data standards.

She joined Bloomberg after graduating with a master's degree in economic journalism from Columbia University in New York. Carlos graduated in Business Administration from Escola de Administracao de Empresas da FGV (FGV Business Administration School) in 1981 and has over 15 years of experience working with financial markets. He began his career in the brokerage market, having been a broker of large financial institutions such as Banco Safra, Organizacoes ROMA (Globo), Banco Garantia, Cargill, Icatu Dtvm, Banco BBA Creditanstalt, Bung and Borg, Banco Central do Brasil, among others. In 1984 he was invited to be the Golden Superintendent of Banco Safra, then the person responsible for arbitrations and Golden Superintendent of Banco BBA Creditanstalt, and also had an active role in the development of the market of financial arbitrages in Brazil. In 1994 he founded the Ergondata Trading Systems, a company focused on technology for trading desks. During this time, Carlos brought the representation of TIBCO to Brazil and was its exclusive distributor for over 6 years until assigning the operations to Reuters in March 2000. In 1996 he conceived the BDS.h solution and became the partner manager of BDS solutions and information.

He has almost 20 years of experience in financial market. He was team leader in two multinational banks (BankBoston and HSBC) for more than 10 years. He has large experience in the whole product life circle including business intelligence, product development, sales material, product training, client presentation, and post implementation review. During this time he built a solid contact with Sales teams, companies, institutional investors, regulators and other banks' product teams. Carlos Ratto has a Business Degree from São Paulo Catholic University, an MBA in Finance at IBMEC-SP and an MBA in Business Management at BankBoston Corporate University with a final exchange module at University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management - Toronto- CA.

He started his career at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), in Newport Beach, CA, working as a pricing, performance & data acquisition analyst for three years. Back to Brazil, Ricardo has been with Bloomberg for seven years, working with product development and specialized sales for different types of products, including data, analytics, trading, and order management systems, covering all countries in Latin America.
