Program Director, FISD/Atradia David Anderson is a well know market data consultant. He has worked in the market data industry since 1984 - including roles with Telerate, Bishopsgate Systems and from 1989 13 years with Reuters culminating in various global marketing roles; in respect of market data systems (e.g. Triarch and RMDS). Since January 2002 David has been operating Atradia (www.atradia.com), a management consultancy practice focused on the market data industry. He has been quoted commenting on the market data industry in major publications. David edited the respected annual ‘IMD Reference’ book between 2003 and 2009. He instigated the SIIA/FISD initiative to create a professional certification program for market data practitioners. David also acts as a Program Director for a variety of other FISD activities including EMEA focussed events; the Exchange Constituent Group (ECG); the FISD Technology Forum; the FISD Buy Side Group; and the FISD Cloud Working Group. David and Atradia operate from the glorious countryside of West Sussex UK. |

Director Index Sales, Cboe Europe Shaun Baskett has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry with a background in equity Derivatives and Indexing. Shaun is currently the Director of Index Sales for Cboe Europe, the largest stock exchange in Europe. In his role, which he has held since the beginning of 2017, Shaun oversees sales and marketing efforts for the company’s index products. Bats launched its index business in June 2016 and is bringing choice and competition to the European index market through its suite of products. Prior to joining Cboe, Shaun worked in Index sales for Deutsche Boerse, as well as roles at the London Stock Exchange and OM Group. Shaun has also had several roles in Investment banks including as a sales trader at JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. |

Vendor Manager, Aegon Asset Management Tristan Dehaan is the Global Lead Vendor Manager for market data at Aegon Asset Management which is part of the global insurance firm Aegon. Based in The Netherlands, but London born, Tristan is responsible for major tier 1 & 2 vendor relationships with primary roles as internal consultant to the business, external relationship manager to the vendors and as the lead Data Compliance Officer overseeing audits and data compliance programs. Prior to joining Aegon, Tristan spent 17 years at another Dutch based Asset Manager, namely Robeco, in a similar role and in total has spent more than 25 years in the Banking And Asset Management industry. |

President & Chief Content Officer, A-Team Group Andrew Delaney is A-Team’s President & Chief Content Officer, based in London and New York. He has been involved in information gathering and dissemination around financial markets IT since 1987. He joined A-Team in 2002 to spearhead the company’s publishing activities and today runs A-Team’s range of content offerings across our online communities and for our clients. Before joining A-Team, Andrew spent three years building a financial information distribution platform aimed at the off-trading-floor marketplace. Prior to that he spent 11 years at Waters Information Services in a variety of senior roles including editor-in-chief, senior vice president of global sales, and general manager of North American operations. Head of Regulatory Products, TP ICAP David Lawlor has worked in the financial services industry since 1994. He started off his career working at ICAP as an FX broker and then at UBS as a Eurobonds and Foreign Exchange trader. David joined Reuters in 1998 and had various roles in the business division running strategy for Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange market data businesses. He joined Deutsche Bank in 2004 where he ran the content business for Risk. He re-joined Thomson Reuters in 2006 taking up the role of Global Head of Content Management for market data. For the past two years David has specialized in regulation, starting with Dodd Frank and moving onto MiFID II. David joined TP ICAP in April, brought in as the Head of Regulatory Products. |

CEO and Founder, Neudata Rado Lipus, CFA is the founder and CEO of Neudata, an alternative data intelligence provider. Prior to founding Neudata, Rado’s professional experience spans 20 years of FinTech leadership, sales management and data innovation for the buy-side. He spent several years in quantitative portfolio construction and risk management at MSCI (Barra) and S&P Capital IQ and raised funds for CITE Investments. Rado worked latterly as Managing Director at PerTrac in London, a leading FinTech and data analytics solutions provider to Hedge Fund allocators and institutional investors in EMEA and Asia. CEO, Huq Industries Conrad has spent his career in mobile technology and is currently co-founder and CEO of Huq, a startup focused on providing fine grained physical behaviour analytics to app publishers, brands and retailers. Prior to co-founding Huq, Conrad was Head of Start Up Business Development at Orange where he worked on identifying start-ups who could bring benefit to customers of the Orange group through their innovative technologies or business models. Conrad has a background in commercial strategy and business development practised within a range of companies from start-up to Blue Chip. Before joining Orange Conrad founded and worked in a range of mobile technology related start-ups. The common theme of his activities being the translation of technical innovation into product and marketing advantage. Conrad holds an MA in Design Leadership and a BA in Product Design. Vendor Manager, APG Alex Rensen is Vendor manager at APG Asset Management within the staff department Strategic & Global Accounts (S&GA) and responsible for the global relationships and procurement of APG AM’s third parties in the areas of banking, custody, brokerage, research, market data, external hires and ICT. In this position he also coordinates the annual executive meetings between APG AM and its third parties. Alex joined APG Asset Management in September 2001, and moved, after different roles within APG AM to Vendor manager in 2008. He was involved in the acquisition of the various new systems within the “controlled simplicity” program. Currently he is involved in strategic projects in relation to Regulations as MiFID II, MAR, and the evolvement of the Data & Information strategy. Alex was one of the founders in 2009 of the Dutch Information Providers User Group (DIPUG) and participates on behalf of APG AM since. CEO Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Maurice van Tilburg is CEO of Euronext Amsterdam and member of the Managing Board of Euronext since February 2015. Until this appointment, he was Head of Business Projects & Design of the European Equity and Equity Derivatives Markets at Euronext, where he was responsible for the process reform of business initiatives and project delivery of new products and services. Prior to that Mr. Van Tilburg was in charge of issuer support and execution of corporate actions across all Euronext Cash Markets in Europe. Mr. Van Tilburg started his career in the exchange sector in 1995 at the EOE Options Exchange in Amsterdam and then moved to Euroclear Netherlands where he was responsible for the operational delivery of all settlement and custody services for the Dutch market. Global Head of Vendor Management, Aegon Asset Management John Visti Madsen has 13+ years’ experience from the financial information industry, both from data vendors and consuming firms. He started his career as a data analyst with SIX Telekurs in 2002. From 2007-2012 he’s been heading up market data and data management teams as well as providing interim consultancy services at Saxo Bank and HSBC. Relocating to the Netherlands in 2012 he joined TKP Investments (Aegon Asset Management) where he currently holds the position on Vendor Manager, looking after his firms vendor relations, contracts and sourcing activities relating to Market Data, IT and Outsourced Services. John is co-chair of the Dutch Information Provider User Group (DIPUG) and member of FISD’s FIA curriculum committee. |

Global Head of Sales, Tradition Data James Watson is the Global Head of Sales for the Tradition Market Data Group. With over 30 years’ experience in the financial industry, he has held senior roles across a wide range of companies, most recently as CEO of ADS Securities in London. Previously, he was head of the EMEA FX Transactions business and head of FXall EMEA at Thomson Reuters. Prior to that, he held senior sales management positions at GFI Fenics. He was also involved with equity sales at Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale and Lehman Brothers. Having worked in Asia, USA and Europe, James has a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of various regions and countries. James continually strives for positive change in all of his roles. His current project is aimed at influencing change in the market data business, as well as growing TraditionDATA into a major data provider of OTC products and analytics. James sits on two boards and is an active advisor and mentor to young entrepreneurs in disruptive technology businesses. James grew up in Australia, is married with three children and lives in Kent, England |
