David Anderson is a well know market data consultant. He has worked in the market data industry since 1984 - including roles with Telerate, Bishopsgate Systems and from 1989 13 years with Reuters culminating in various global marketing roles; in respect of market data systems (e.g. Triarch and RMDS). Since January 2002 David has been operating Atradia (www.atradia.com), a management consultancy practice focused on the market data industry. He has been quoted commenting on the market data industry in major publications. David edited the respected annual ‘IMD Reference’ book between 2003 and 2009. He instigated the SIIA/FISD initiative to create a professional certification program for market data practitioners. David also acts as a Program Director for a variety of other FISD activities including EMEA focussed events; the Exchange Constituent Group (ECG); the FISD Technology Forum; the FISD Buy Side Group; and the FISD Cloud Working Group. David and Atradia operate from the glorious countryside of West Sussex UK.

In 2013 Mark co-founded DataBP with the mission of providing complete technology and business process solutions for data owners, creators, and administrators. Today, more than $1 billion in annual revenue is administered through DataBP's systems globally

Atiq has over 20 years software development experience, working in both the financial industry and the technology sector. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Atiq also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Paul Klug has over 35 years of experience in the asset management, wealth management, and technology sectors. Working with Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Deutsche Bank, Paul has been a general manager of financial services businesses in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, India, Australia and other Asian locations, as well as the United States. Paul graduated from Cornell University in 1973 with a BS in Operations Research and began his career as an IT consultant with Arthur Andersen (now Accenture). After receiving an MBA from The Wharton School, Paul was involved with financial services product development before moving to broader business management responsibilities.
At Thomson Reuters, Paul was Global Managing Director of Content Operations for five years. Recently, he has taken on the responsibility of re-engineering Thomson Reuters’ rights management and entitlement processes. Paul is based in New York.
Paul is married with four children and resides in New Hope, PA.

She joined Fidelity in 2013, following a career on the supplier side of the market data industry supply chain, having served in sales, marketing, development and support of products at Dow Jones Markets (Telerate), Cicada Corp., Chi-X, Indepth Data and Xignite.

Jo Rabin

Jo leads various transformation projects within Deutsche Bank from within the Innovation team. He is a software engineer with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and is a Chartered Engineer. Starting in the corporate world, he led the development of the Reuters Forex Trading product (USD 2Tn/day) and invented the international standard for news, NewsML. Based in California in the late ‘90s to understand the start-up scene he worked on various large scale transformation initiatives. Back in the UK he headed Reuters efforts in mobile, however, infected by the start-up bug he then spent some years being a start-up founder, CTO, advisor and CTO-in-Residence at Telefonica’s accelerator, Wayra. He founded industry forum Mobile Monday London, co-created The Mobile Academy with UCL, chaired 3 W3C mobile related working groups and wrote a dozen W3C notes and standards. Outside work he has three grown up children and an allotment where he enjoys experiencing the passage of the seasons.

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience gaining knowledge across multiple aspects of the market data industry, including vendor sales and account management for Knight-Ridder and Fidessa, 8 years running global cost optimisation projects for a dealing room design Consultancy and most recently in strategic vendor management at Citi, Blackrock and Goldman Sachs.

As Director of Information Architecture at Refinitiv, Ben has worked to place automation at the heart of rights-management and access control infrastructures to support customer self-service, supplier self-provisioning, pay-per-use models; and to improve compliance with licensing terms, regulations, and business policy. He co-chaired the W3C Permissions and Obligations Expression Working Group which published the ODRL standard for machine-readable rights statements and contributed to a research consortium to investigate the application of machine-readable policy-based approaches to the expression and enforcement of privacy and other regulatory controls. He is now a co-chair of the W3C Rights Automation for Market Data Community Group.
